Job Description

  • Prepare and cook boba according to the recipe and procedures.
  • Brew teas and prepare tea bases for various tea flavors.
  • Cutting daily fresh fruits and prepare toppings.
  • Clean up and sanitize work areas.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, etc.
  • Maintain a clean work-space by washing utensils, scrubbing counters & other areas,
    throwing the trash, and mopping the floor after closing.
  • Assist with manager by monitoring ingredient levels and keep on track of any other topping shortage.
  • Ensure that all food and other items are stored in accordance with food safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Previous 1 year experience in kitchen service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Work cooperatively with co-workers to ensure proper food service and customer satisfaction.


Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour (including tips)
