Saratoga Cove Apartments in Corpus Christi, TX has an IMMEDIATE NEED for an experienced and dedicated Apartment Make Ready Tech. We are looking for a focused, hardworking individual that is organized, respectful of rules and regulations and completes tasks as assigned in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all vacant apartments are ready prior to move-in by completing a make-ready checklist of required services and repairs.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, minor maintenance requests, routine preventative maintenance, and repairs as needed.
  • Assist in monitoring the physical condition of the community, pick up grounds and immediately report any maintenance issues to management.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Experience with painting, sheet rock repair, carpentry, tiling, HVAC and knowledge of general. plumbing and electric.
  • Be able to assist with maintenance on-call responsibilities.
  • Must be dependable and have own transportation.
