Adjunct Faculty

We are seeking an Adjunct Faculty Instructor to teach Didactic and clinical skills for the Dialysis Technician Program. Courses includes clinical hours in a local dialysis center.

Example of Duties:

• Teach assigned classes in accordance with the College's academic calendar and approved syllabi
• Meet all scheduled class sessions of semester calendar
• Maintain and report accurate student grade and attendance records using approved procedures and systems
• Utilize the appropriate technology, including the College's student learning platform, to fulfill teaching duties
• Follow the guidelines contained in the Adjunct Faculty Handbook

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with Master's Degree in Health Care field required
• National certification in Dialysis Nursing preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Dialysis Nursing
• College-level teaching experience required, community college preferred
• Experience working with diverse populations preferred

Supplemental Information

Program courses run in Fall and Spring semesters. Clinical course runs in Spring semester. Course and clinical hours are flexible.
