As an Early Childhood Educator at Children's Land, you will play a critical role in the developmental growth of toddlers. This position requires a blend of creativity, patience, and a deep understanding of early childhood development. You will be responsible for designing and implementing educational programs that encourage developmental milestones, social interaction, and a love for learning in a fun and safe setting.

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and execute age-appropriate curriculum and activities that foster physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.

•Create a nurturing and safe classroom environment where children feel comfortable and secure.

•Monitor and document children's progress and development, sharing observations with parents and colleagues.

•Establish and maintain positive relationships with families, including regular communication about children's achievements and needs.

•Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the holistic needs of the children are met effectively.

•Adhere to state licensing regulations and center policies for child care and education.

•Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications:

•Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred.

•Previous experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.

•Knowledge of early childhood development stages and curriculum design.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

•CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain upon hiring.
