Job DescriptionAs a Laminator Operator, you are responsible for operating the laminator in such a way to continuously provide a smooth flow of material from the Feed-In to the Windup Operator. Responsibilities:
  • Feed materials into the laminator straight
  • Keep film and netting running continuously and centered
  • Ensure proper heat settings, change tape on the heat roller
  • Maintain adequate speed
  • Monitor film and net adhesion, keep tape on the heat roller maintained
  • Ensure minimal roll weight are set into the scale according to the shop order
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Must obey all company safety policies
  • Must be able to comprehend English
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve
  • 3-6 months of manufacturing experience
