Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are actively hiring an on-site coordinator recruiter located in Opelika AL. This role requires strong skills in leadership, relationship building, and critical thinking to effectively source qualified candidates and establish and maintain relationships with our customers. You will need to be able to come to our office in Columbus GA daily between shifts.
Duties:
  • Maintain communication with candidates and clients
  • Oversee current employee attendance and performance; provide corrective actions as needed
  • Work with our clients to monitor their staffing needs and project future staffing levels
  • Be onsite at the beginning of first and second shifts.
  • Document all applicant and client information correctly into the database
  • Conduct training and orientation classes for new hires
