We're seeking motivated individuals to join us as Hydroform Operators and become an integral part of our innovative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Precisely align workpieces on machines to ensure accuracy in production.
  • Follow work instructions to lubricate parts, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Operate hydroform machinery efficiently to carry out desired operations.
  • Monitor pressure gauges and height settings to maintain optimal machine performance.
  • Conduct meticulous dimensional and visual inspections on parts to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S methods to promote efficiency and safety.
  • Perform preventive maintenance procedures on assigned presses within specified timeframes.
  • Ensure all preventive maintenance is conducted according to the PM schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing Experience: Must have prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Blueprint Reading: Must be familiar with reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Machine Operation: Experience with machine operation is required; CNC machine operation experience is highly preferred.
  • Tool and Equipment Proficiency: Candidates must be familiar with or have experience using the following:
    • Drop Indicator Thickness Gage
    • Point Micrometer
    • Height Gage
    • Calipers
    • Radius Gage
    • Comparator
