Duties:

  • Greet and assist guests at the front desk of Everhome Suites, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accurate information and payment processing.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services.
  • Assist with reservations and manage room assignments.
  • Keep updated records of room availability and guest information.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Perform laundry duties as needed.

Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and basic accounting procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and provide solutions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Shift:

  • (AM/PM)
  • 7-3pm
  • 3-11pm
