- Position: Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Critical Care/Intensive Care
- Position Type: Locum Tenens, Contract, 1099, Ongoing, Full Time, Night Shift
- Facility: Hospital Facility ICU Unit in Eureka, California
- Pay: $110/hour
- Schedule: 7pm-7am, 7 on 7 off, night shift, no call, scheduled hours only
- Practice Settings/Coverage Details: Inpatient; 12 patients/shift; 99% Adult & 1% Pediatric; 15% Trauma; 3 physicians in practice & 3 mid-levels in practice; Trauma Level III; EMR is Epic
- Active California Medical License
- Must be Acute Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
- 2+ years as advanced practice clinician in acute care/critical care/intensive care
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- California DEA required before start
- Required Procedures: Adults, Inpatient/Acute Care Settings, Surgical Care, Airway Management, Line Placement
- Privileges Required - allow 60-90 days for credentialing/privileging
