Position overview:

The position of Calibration Technician reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor and is responsible for performing the testing of electronic devices and calibration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform standard testing and calibration process on any Fox manufactured product
  • Prepare and inspect devices for calibration
  • Maintain documentation for work orders
  • Set-up flow tunnel for testing and calibrations
  • Record results per calibration procedure
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Competent at PCB testing using programming equipment
  • Must be able to follow ESD safety practices
  • Knowledge of industry specific tests and testing equipment
  • Knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures regarding flow measurement
  • Strong interpersonal, organization and time management skills
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds
  • Able to work independently and work well with others
  • Good writing, documentation, and analytical skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with ISO/ATEX/LVD standards for CE marked products
  • Degree in science from an accredited university or 2 years relevant experience
