The Field Verification Specialist is responsible for traveling to client locations to conduct on-site verification using GPS technology. This role involves ensuring the accuracy of location data, providing detailed reports, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams.

To meet our standard of care, we offer a variety of affordable and high-quality home health care solutions that will meet the needs of the seniors, disabled, and ill members of the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit client homes or specified locations to verify geographical coordinates and address details using GPS devices.
  • Record and document the verified location data accurately.
  • Compare field data with existing records to ensure consistency and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Communicate with clients to confirm appointment details and gather additional information as needed.
  • Report findings and provide detailed feedback on the location verification process.
  • Maintain and calibrate GPS equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on-site.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns.
  • The role involves frequent travel to different client locations.
  • Fieldwork may require walking, standing, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • The position may include occasional evening or weekend work depending on client schedules.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in geography, surveying, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with GPS technology and mapping software.
