Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:
  • Main contact for customers and tenants residing in units. Provide exceptional customer service and foster great relationships.
  • Be a valuable part of the property management team and represent company in a professional manner at all times.
  • Lead and manage the leasing process from guest card inquires to move in and all aspects in-between to achieve lease up and occupancy goals.
  • Process applications and complete leases
  • Manage move-in process with tenants
  • Perform all activities related to the lease renewal process to obtain 70% resident retention among all properties.
  • Respond promptly to all tenant inquires and follow up to ensure tenant satisfaction
  • Advertise and maintain marketing efforts to ensure units are full
  • Ensure all processes are documented and recorded in property management software - AppFolio
Requirements:

Education/Knowledge

  • Proficiency in current computer programs, including Word, Outlook, Excel.
  • Other platforms and software used: AppFolio, Paylocity, Canva, YouTube, Hub by Amazon, Managed Wi-Fi.


Experience/Skills

  • Leasing experience/property management
  • Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of customer service work experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Effective organization and prioritization of tasks is required.

Work Environment

  • Office
  • Travel to properties within 90 miles of Eau Claire
  • Occasional nights and weekends for community events, open houses and showings
