Our mission is to provide dedicated and compassionate care for patients facing a life-limiting illness and to support their loved ones. 


In this Full-Time CNA position, you will be providing high quality in home care and assistance to to patients in the Carmel, IN and surrounding area. Under the direction of the Plan of Treatment. You will assist in daily activities.  As a CNA, you will ensure the patient is receiving necessary in home care.

Role Responsibilities:


  • Assisting with bathing, general grooming, and walking patient to restroom, etc.
  • Staying vigilant to patient needs such as assisting with meals, going for short walks, assisting with getting in/out of bed, etc.
  • Assisting nurse with taking vital signs, cleaning and sanitizing, changing bed sheets, helping patient into wheelchair, etc.


Haven Qualification Standards: 


  • Pass a background screening
  • Pass drug screening
  • Experience of at least 1 year as a CNA / Caregiver preferred
  • Available for weekend staffing
