Job Summary

This role plays an important part of ensuring all spa guests are greeted and begin to have an exceptional experience as they enter Spa Mirbeau. The Spa Desk Supervisor's main focus will be to oversee the Spa Desk Associates team and to be a friendly first face and resource when checking in spa quests. You will be expected to welcome guests, process payments, give tours as needed, and ensure the front desk is organized.

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00/hour Full Time

Responsibilities

• Engage guests in an excellent and professional manner to exceed guest expectations according to the Mirbeau Standard of Excellence.
• Maintain a current knowledge of all spa offerings including: amenities, services, facilities, membership & wellness programs.
• Maintain a general knowledge of property policies and offerings.
• Contribute to team efforts by demonstrating excellence and flexibility to evolving guidelines.
• Maintain respectful and clear communication with the management team regarding any occurrences involving associates or guests that require attention.
• Awareness of current company standards and policies. Uphold all company values and ensure standards are always met.
• Participate in promotional activities.
• Respond to operational concerns with a positive and supportive attitude.
• Work cooperatively and professionally with all departments.
• Any other duties assigned.

Qualifications, Skills & Educational Requirements

Requires a neat appearance, pleasant personality, and ability to deal effectively with the spa, staff, and public. Position requires strong communication skills, excellent guest service skills, and extensive knowledge in computer use and applications.
