Location: This position is based in our Campbell, California offices. This position is on-site, full-time.

What You’ll Do
As a Calibration Preventative Maintenance Equipment Coordinator, you will provide general support for coordination with a variety of planning, scheduling, and inventory related tasks pertaining to equipment maintenance and calibration. Additionally, you will support the equipment maintenance/engineering staff and demonstrate excellent organizational skills, be able to take initiative and work independently with the ability to prioritize activities and workloads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage the integrity and content of the equipment database including new equipment registration, equipment status update, calibration status update, and PM status update
  • Coordinate the planning and scheduling of all internal and external calibration and PM activities.
  • Responsible for organizing & maintaining stock, monitoring inventory, and reordering of all equipment spare parts.
  • Responsible for labeling of equipment including asset identification tags, calibration tags and PM tags
  • Support engineers and maintenance staff members with coordinating & assigning work orders
What You’ll Bring
  • HS diploma or equivalent education and experience; AA degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience with planning and scheduling, data entry and inventory management, ideally in a professional office setting.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
  • Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal) required.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize activities, and function in a fast-paced environment
