ACS Technologies is seeking a MinistryPlatform Coach at the Associate or Mid level. The MinistryPlatform Coach assists both new and existing MinistryPlatform customers with routine training on the product. The primary focus is working with new MinistryPlatform ministry partners after onboarding by successfully training on MinistryPlatform. This may include onsite training, virtual training, and proactively following up with new ministry partners throughout their transition.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform training for new and existing ministry partners to include 1:1 virtual training, and onsite training (Go-Lives and Standard), with guidance and oversight from the manager and more senior coaches.

• Assist with/Lead assigned MinistryPlatform webinars and bootcamps.

• Assist with/Lead and moderate conference classes.

• Contributes to the content needs of the MinistryPlatform Community.

• Remain up-to-date on the MinistryPlatform product by attending product update meetings, networking with product development staff, and other means as necessary.

• Act as a consultant and work with the instructional design team to assist with the development of on-demand MinistryPlatform learning resources.

• Travel as required (up to 50%) to act as trainer or go-live resource

What We’re Looking For:

• BS in Business or related field with 1-3 years of experience in training, with experience with a large church or diocese or exposure to MinistryPlatform as an enterprise-level solution for churches and dioceses as a database manager preferred; or an equivalent mix of education and experience.

• An understanding of large churches or diocese and their standard best practices

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced, stressful, client-facing environment

• An understanding of specific, assigned denomination(s) and vocabulary used within that denomination(s).

• Ability to set up, troubleshoot, and tear down presentation equipment when traveling.
