Creative Manager

As the Creative Director, you'll be at the helm of our brand's strategic outreach efforts, ensuring our message reaches far and wide. Your primary focus will be on orchestrating comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, from digital platforms to traditional media. You'll lead a team dedicated to crafting compelling marketing materials and coordinating advertising initiatives. Moreover, you'll collaborate closely with sales, product development, and executive leadership to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Reports To

This person will report directly to the Director of Marketing. We don't use a lot of fancy titles here, but you will work as an extension of the "executive" team, helping in all aspects of planning and organization.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead creative projects including developing ideas, presenting concepts, and managing execution
• Manage creative team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing feedback
• Work with clients to identify needs and develop creative solutions
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure projects are completed successfully
• Develop and maintain standards, guidelines, and best practices
• Monitor trends in the creative industry and apply them when appropriate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field
• Proven track record of successful creative project management
• Knowledge of Adove Creative Suite and HTML/CSS
• Proficient in video production with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Ideal Candidate Characteristics

• 5+ years of experience in a creative management role preferred
• Understanding of brand's voice to craft content in array of channels
• Conducts research and interviews to determine which of a product's selling features should be promoted
• Creative at stretching a budget, with understanding of small business spending practice
• Keen ability to anticipate needs and be finding solutions before asked
• Team-player that works well within a dynamic team environment
