BDC Representative

Vantage Auto is a family owned dealership in New Jersey. We offer a very unique and extraordinary inventory which people nationwide purchase on a daily basis. We are a family owned dealership and are looking for the perfect candidate to join our team to grow along with us. In business since 1981 we are a well established dealership.

Salary is combination of base, commissions and bonus.

Responsibilities of the BDC position:

• Manage and contact all incoming internet and phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leads
• Contact present customers via phone, texting and email to maintain and improve customer loyalty.
• Work in close partnership with managers to provide qualified answers to leads and detailed information on customer requirements.
• Establish relationships and set appointments for customers to visit the dealerships for test drives and sales presentations.
• Assist with special service projects / campaigns.
• Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments

• Strongly Preferred: Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Must have at least two years of BDC experience in the automotive space
• Must have general knowledge of all makes and models as we handle everything, including many high line units
• Must be highly organized
• Must be able to work independently
• Team player
