Position: Water/Fire/Mold Restoration Technician

Duties/Responsibilities:


Communicate daily with Project Manager, updating on project status, and notifying of any changes.

Fire Damage-board up, structure stabilization, smoke cleaning & pack out

Water Damage-extraction, drying, minor demolition & pack out

Mold Remediation

Restoration-contents manipulation, cleaning

Minor demolition and trash removal

Drive a company vehicle to job sites

Able and willing to work overtime for emergency response situations and readily embrace change

Able to work within a fast-paced environment

Provide outstanding customer satisfaction and work well as a team

Other duties as assigned

Prior work experience in construction, construction management and/or insurance restoration industry a plus

Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications:
  • On call rotation for new emergency calls 1 week a month; Willingness/ability to work some weekends and night hours as needed
  • Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects on a regular basis
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in confined spaces
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with 4 years of driving history
  • Clean background check - NO FELONY CRIMINAL HISTORY IF THIS APPLIES TO YOU, DO NOT APPLY

Job Type: Full-time
