The opportunity

We are seeking a caring Full-time or Part-time Hospice CNA to join the Bethany family.  

The Bethany Hospice Aides are part of a team of nurses, hospice aides, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers that work together to provide for the needs of our patients and families. Hospice aide will travel from one patient location to another to provide care.  

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certification for PA
  • Minimum of one year direct patient care experience.  Hospice experience preferred.
  • Understanding of Hospice philosophy and the needs of the terminally ill. (We can help you with this one)
  • Valid driver’s license and an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements.
  • Satisfactory criminal background check.
  • Two step TB test or equivalent as accepted by CDC.
  • Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations.
  • Desire to be part of the best hospice team in western Pennsylvania.
