Job Description
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of independent sales agents. Inspire and motivate agents to reach their sales goals and build a successful MLM network.
  • Having a keen eye to recruit capable and dependable ISAs. 
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for sales agents, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, MLM strategies, and compliance guidelines.
    • Increase current ISA’s quality/capability level so they can actually actively sell the products
    • Enhance the quality & effectiveness of material/package to be used or distributed to ISA’s and Location partners as well.
  • Goal Setting: Collaborate with higher management to set realistic sales targets for the team and devise action plans to achieve these goals.
  • Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to sales agents, offering guidance, coaching, and resolving any challenges they encounter during their sales efforts.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track individual and team performance, analyze sales data, and generate regular reports for management to identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes.
  • Motivation and Recognition: Implement incentive programs and recognition initiatives to boost team morale and encourage top-performing agents.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Ensure that sales agents adhere to all MLM regulations, company policies, and ethical business practices.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing department to provide sales agents with marketing materials, promotions, and campaigns to support their sales efforts.
  • Network Expansion: Work with sales agents to identify potential new recruits and assist in their onboarding process to grow the MLM network.
  • Events and Training Sessions: Organize and participate in events, conferences, and training sessions to foster a sense of community, enhance product knowledge, and share best practices within the team.
  • Other duties assigned by the management.

*Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college (university).
  • Minimum 5 + years-experience in Home Appliance / Furniture industry
  • Strong work ethic and good attendance
  • Experience in rental businesses, MLM businesses, car dealerships, insurance companies, etc. 
  • Bilingual (Korean/English or Chinese/English)
  • Travel requirement 5-10% (could be changed to less or more
