Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe HR Generalist will assist the Director of HR with task and services to support an effective and efficient HR Department.Duties and responsibilities
  • Assist Director of HR with all aspects of the recruiting process (attend events, job postings, screening applicants, interviews, other duties as assigned by HR Director)
  • Assist Director of HR with all aspects of the onboarding process (reference checks, background checks, obtaining required documents/credentials, assign required trainings, set up in HRIS systems)
  • Assist Director of HR with yearly renewals such as benefits and employee evaluations within the HRIS systems.
  • Provide support to applicants and employees regarding inquiries pertaining to benefits, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in employee relations issues such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, exit interviews and terminations.
  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of CCMH HRIS systems, records, and information.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Education – High School Diploma or its equivalent
  • Skills/Abilities- Organization, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Attention to detail, Confidentiality, Educating, Juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner
  • Education or Experience pertaining to Human Resources desired
Working conditionsGeneral Conditions- Work is generally performed in office type settings where answering phone and using computers and other technology should be expected. No special conditions apply.Physical requirementsGeneral Conditions- Job duties may require sitting or standing for long periods of time. Travel, with some trips requiring several hours in a vehicle, should be expected.
