The role involves managing prospects/leads, analyzing market trends, and building relationships with potential buyers to ensure successful sales transactions. Position:

  • Full-time


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all leads and close on them.
  • Manage pipeline of prospects.
  • Follow-up on leads in a timely manner.
  • Answer, return, or follow up on phone calls generated by lead system.
  • Act as lead contact for sellers.
  • Schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties.
  • Build trust with the sellers to overcome objections to get the deal signed.
  • Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed.
  • Attend business meetings and trainings as required.

  • Make recommendations for improvements within your work role.

Qualifications:

  • Clean background check required.
  • Valid drivers license required.
  • Real Estate License is NOT required.
  • Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially.
  • Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position.
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable speaking over the phone with superior phone skills to set and close appointments.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer services.

Compensation:

  • Training period: $1,615 / bi-weekly for 3 months: Any commissions earned over the training pay will be paid as earned.
  • Standard compensation: Base pay of $925 bi-weekly
  • Commission of 7%
  • Commission to be paid based net profits of contracts closed. Commissions will be paid on the first Monday of the month, or the closest working day in case these dates fall on a holiday or weekend for the prior month revenue generated.
