Responsibilities

A Community Outreach Specialist contributes to AHF by actively engaging in community outreach and education, particularly targeting those at risk. By embodying qualities of care, approachability, and relatability, the Community Outreach Specialist significantly increase the likelihood of clients utilizing AHF’s services.

A Community Outreach Specialist enhances the reputation of AHF by providing valuable services and support to individuals and communities in need. Their work helps build trust, strengthen relationships, and create a positive impact. Through their dedication and commitment, Community Outreach Specialist play a vital role in improving health outcomes, promoting well-being, and fostering a sense of social responsibility.

You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives.

To be successful as a Community Outreach Specialist it is crucial to ensure that the AHF core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that your do. At AHF we are nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and workplace for our employees.

AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.

The Community Outreach Specialist will work as a part of a close knit team to develop and implement outreach strategies and programs that meet the needs of the community.
