Location: Rockwall, TX| Type: Full Time | Pay: $17/hr | Schedule: Sundays OFF with another say during the week

We seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented MPI Coordinator to join our team. As a video creator you are responsible for supporting the Service Technicians by creating videos that document the condition of a vehicle and justify any Technician service or repair recommendations. To be successful in this role you must also be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in your storytelling in the video creation process and narration. No experience with video editing software is required as the platform you will be using is a provided mobile device that records directly into the platform.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary liaison between our Subaru service technicians and customers, ensuring clear and effective communication regarding vehicle inspections and recommended services.
• Conduct thorough reviews of service technicians' inspection reports to understand the required repairs and maintenance services for each customer's vehicle.
• Produce concise and informative 1-minute videos, walking around the customer's car, to visually and verbally communicate the recommended repairs and services. These videos are to be shared with customers to enhance their understanding and trust in the services proposed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications, recommendations, and customer interactions in the dealership's CRM system.
• Work closely with the service team to stay informed about the latest Honda service guidelines, repair techniques, and product knowledge to ensure accurate information is conveyed to customers.
• Collaborate with the service and sales departments to streamline communication and improve the overall customer service experience.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience in customer service, automotive service, or a related field, is a plus but we'll provide training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Proficiency in creating and editing short video content.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic technical understanding of automotive systems and repairs is preferred but not necessary.
