As a Project Estimator, you will play a vital role in our construction projects by accurately estimating the costs associated with each project. You will work closely with our project managers and contractors to analyze project specifications, create detailed cost estimates, and ensure that projects are completed within budget. Your expertise will be critical in helping us deliver high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities for the Project Estimator position include:

  • Reviewing project specifications and drawings to create accurate cost estimates
  • Collaborating with project managers and contractors to identify potential cost-saving opportunities
  • Preparing and submitting bids for new construction projects
  • Monitoring project expenses and ensuring that projects stay within budget
  • Providing regular updates to project managers on estimated costs and budget status
