Early Childhood Assistant Teacher - Childcare

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embark on farm-themed adventures with children, integrating hands-on experiences with farm-to-ECE concepts.
  • Collaborate with lead teachers to develop engaging and developmentally appropriate farm-based activities.
  • Cultivate a love for nature, sustainability, and healthy living through interactive learning experiences.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members, sharing the joys of farm life.
  • Uphold company values of respect, positivity, quality, and kindness in every interaction.
  • Embrace continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
  • Help maintain a vibrant and organized farm-themed classroom environment.

Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic and upbeat attitude, with a love for farm-to-ECE concepts.
  • Ability to work until 6:30 PM daily and embrace the farm-to-ECE lifestyle.
  • Team player mentality, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; childcare credentials or coursework are a plus.
  • Previous experience in childcare or education is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Clear background check and health screening.
