Seeking Dental Front Office in San Diego and Imperial Beach / PT or FT
Our office is seeking a kind and outgoing individual to join our team as a front office team member. In this role, you will be greeting patients, taking calls, and scheduling appointments. The ability to speak Spanish would be a bonus but not a requirement. Please be able to work at both of our locations.
Schedule: Full Time or Part Time: Please apply if you can work at either office.
- San Diego (Monday, Wednesday)
- Imperial Beach (Tuesday, Thursday)
Compensation:
- $20-25 per hour (DOE)
- Dental
- Bonus opportunity
- PTO
Dental Front Office Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greetings to all patients with a warm and welcoming smile
- Checking in and checking outpatients
- Answering the phones in a timely and friendly manner
- Presenting treatment plans and making financial arrangements with patients
- Submitting claims electronically to insurance companies for reimbursement
