Other responsibilities:· Loading/unloading trucks/vans· Receiving and carefully/accurately checking products against purchase orders· Sending reports to, and receiving orders from office, using a Windows-based computer· Processing and sorting order by delivery route· Accurately picking orders against invoices and staging orders per delivery route· Creating delivery manifest using a routing software· Checking picked orders for accuracy· Loading orders onto delivery vehicles according to delivery manifest· Reporting to management with regular oral and written reports· Performing various tasks related to company operations such as spot inventory counts, light vehicle maintenance, etc· Backup delivery driver (daytime hours)
Qualifications:· Highly motivated and well-organized; committed; results oriented· Ability to work independently· Strong reading and writing skills· Warehouse experience + business delivery experience preferred· Good with numbers· Available to work evenings, Monday through Thursday· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications· Maintaining a valid driver's license and a safe driving record· Reliable vehicle to get to work· Email access from home and personal cell phone· Must be able to lift at least 35lbs many times daily
