Corner Operator

SAFETY:

1. Understand and follow all safety procedures
   • Current on all safety trainings
   • Wears all required PPE when necessary (steel toe boots, safety glasses, ear plugs)
2. Understand Lock Out Tag Out procedures for assigned areas.
3. Complete General Plant Safety Training within the first 8 weeks.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

1. Operate the Width Cut Machine to ensure product is cut to required width
2. Operate the Angle Cut Machine to ensure the product is cut the designated angle
3. Operate the Edger and Router equipment to trim the edges of the product to adhere to specifications
4. Perform Bonding operation by applying glue/bonding mixture and fitting the bonded products within the appropriate mold
5. Perform the Putty and Paint operations ensuring the finished products has spaces filled with required putty and the painting is accomplished according to standards
6. Perform packaging assignment by placing established number of finished product on the specified packing boxes

EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE:

1. Width Cut Machine
2. Angle Cut Machine
3. Edger and Router

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must be able to lift at least 20lbs.
2. Must be able to work long periods while continuously standing, twisting, bending, reaching, stooping
3. Must be able to visually identify quality defects and concerns with product line
