Responsibilities:


Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, overseeing their tax planning and compliance needs.

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize financial benefits for clients.

Review complex tax returns and guide junior tax professionals.

Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance for clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and addressing their tax-related concerns.

Lead and develop a team of tax professionals, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Collaborate with other departments and professionals within the firm to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients.

Participate in business development activities, including networking events and client presentations


Ideal Experience


Minimum of 8 years of experience in tax planning and compliance, with a focus on high-net-worth clients

CPA certification required

Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations

Experience reviewing complex tax returns

Proven leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and develop a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
