Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Customer Service Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist customers with resolving product or service issues by identifying problems and working towards solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
  • Team Support: Assist the customer service team with various tasks and projects as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow-up: Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
