Job Description
As an X-Ray Scanner your responsibilities are as follows:
- Scan all incoming/outgoing freight, search for illegal or hazardous material to ensure that it doesn’t exit the Scanning Facility.
- Operate X-ray scanning equipment
- Open and inspect all freight and attached an inspection sticker.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be a US citizen
- Must be able to maneuver freight up to 75 pounds
- Possess excellent verbal communication skills and conduct business with professional etiquette.
- Possess basic computer and keyboard skills
- Ability to operate X-ray scanning equipment
- Must pass the Safe Passage training modules
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Location: Washington DC 20018
