Rewinder

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Rewinder. As a Rewinder, you will play a crucial role in our production process by operating machinery to rewind and inspect various materials. This position is based at our facility in O’Fallon, MO, 63366.

• Operate rewinding machinery to rewind and inspect materials according to specifications
• Monitor the rewinding process to ensure quality and accuracy
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Inspect finished rolls for defects and inconsistencies
• Package and label rewound materials for shipment or storage
• Maintain production records and report any issues or discrepancies
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

• Prior experience operating rewinding machinery is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read and interpret production specifications and instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move materials for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent

Salary info:
