  • Lead and motivate a team of over 60 drivers, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely operations at all times.
  • Ensure all routes are running on schedule.
  • Schedule and plan operations, including a basic understanding of KPIs, budget planning, and talent management.
  • Lead customer relations with airline crews, achieving "Raving Fan" service levels and exceeding client expectations.
  • Prioritize safety management, exhibiting a personal commitment to safety – enforce "Safety First" as a priority.
  • Communicate issues and provide data to headquarters and dispatch for timely resolution.
  • Perform Pre-Trip and Post-Trip vehicle inspections.
  • Build a team of reliable drivers.

As the Station Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services, aligning with company goals and objectives, and advocating for the local team. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and direct a team dedicated to providing outstanding Airline Ground Transportation Services at the Station. By assembling and nurturing a group of accountable professionals, your focus will be on safety, delivering service that creates raving fans, and surpassing client expectations. The Ideal Candidate: An inspirational leader

  • Basic computer and mobile technology skills - Experience and desire to work with technology
  • Proven track record of success in leadership in building a team. A driver advocate
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of management experience (airline/airport or transportation environment preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation or related industries.
  • Proven track record of safety management and contributing to the maintenance of a safety culture.
  • Training/coaching background preferred.
  • Have a valid driver’s license and be approved by the Company’s insurance carrier; may be required to obtain special city/airport permits.
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule that may require weekend and/or evening work. The New York holiday season is our busiest time due to all incoming/outgoing flights..
