The Monarch Hotel in Clackamas, Oregon is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible individual to join our team as a part-time Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor at our hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all nightly transactions, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests during overnight hours.

Responsibilities:
- Manually complete all end-of-day activities, including balancing and reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and posting charges to guest accounts
- Review and correct any discrepancies in daily guest charges, deposits, and cash receipts
- Verify and compile occupancy statistics and revenue figures
- Conduct security walks throughout the hotel property during overnight hours
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise
- Assist with early morning breakfast service and setting up the dining area for the next day
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience, preferably in a hotel setting
- Strong math and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and hotel property management systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexible with schedule and able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
