Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the flow of products within our warehouse, ensuring that every item is accurately received, stored, and dispatched to meet our high standards of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving & Unloading: Efficiently unload incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy and damage, and ensure they are stored in the correct locations.
- Inventory Management: Regularly update inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and report any discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders with precision, ensuring that all products are securely packaged and correctly labeled for shipment.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and clutter-free, ensuring that products are easily accessible and stored safely.
- Loading & Shipping: Prepare products for shipment by loading them onto trucks or other transportation methods, ensuring they are secure and ready for delivery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, using equipment and tools responsibly to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse team members to meet daily targets and contribute to the overall success of the operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse machinery is advantageous.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
