Invoice Clerk

M&R Trucking, Inc. has an immediate opening for a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk.

Duties and Responsibility:

• Prepare tickets from field to be organized and invoiced.
• Prepare invoices daily in accordance with company processes.
• File invoices daily.
• Provide back up support to other staff.
• Answer phones
• Complete other duties that may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Accounts Receivable knowledge and processes.
• General accounting knowledge.
• Customer service.
• Microsoft Office: Excel w/ Macros, Access database.
• Knowledge of a general accounting software.
• Strong organizational skills.
• 10 Key calculator skills.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
• background check.

Additional information:

• Pay rate depending on experience.
• Monday through Friday.
• 8 am to 5 pm.
• Hourly position.
• Full time.
