CounterTek Inc. is a small, locally owned, business located in Ephrata, PA. We manufacture and deliver custom-made vanities and countertops to our customers in the kitchen and bath industry. Our products include laminate and postform countertops, solid surface countertops, and cultured marble vanity tops.

We currently have an opening in our Shipping/Handling/Receiving Department.

This position requires someone to deliver our products two days per week and work in the warehouse three days per week.

Our delivery drivers are the public ambassadors of our company, and we are committed to treating our customers with the highest regard.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, helpful, and courteous.

This is a Full Time, Permanent role.

Hours are Monday-Friday, generally 6:00 am - 3:00 pm, with some variation. No Weekends.

Pay rate is $20/hr., plus benefits



Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following qualities and skills:

  • Ability to lift 70 pounds
  • No CDL needed but must have at least one year of experience driving a box truck
  • Must submit to company-paid drug testing
  • Willing to follow all safety requirements
  • Committed to excellent customer service and courtesy
  • Demonstrate flexibility with daily routing
  • Comfortable with GPS navigation
  • Ability to inspect and check in materials delivered to our facility
  • Load trucks for delivery
  • Forklift experience

This role pays "hourly" at $20.00/hr., plus benefits, plus any applicable hours worked Overtime.
