Job Description

As a member of Level Creek Property Restoration, you will be a part of a team of quality people who focus on excellent service, core values, and respect for all. As a Restoration Construction Technician, you will be responsible for assisting Project Managers to fulfill the service needs of restoration projects. You will receive a competitive pay rate, tools, equipment and vehicle needed to complete work tasks.

Annual pay: $55,000.00

As a Team member you will:

• Perform construction and production projects with proficiency the following:
  • Carpentry (rough and trim)
  • Drywall
  • Painting (interior and exterior)
  • Minor plumbing and electrical
  • Cabinetry/Vanity installation
  • Flooring installation
  • Insulation installation
  • Bathroom and Kitchen improvements
  • Roof Tarping and Board Up
• Inventory and load work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
• Prepare for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines.
• Communicate with Project Managers and fellow technicians to maintain efficiencies.
• Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.
• Leave job-site with a clean and orderly appearance.

Qualifications

• Effective oral communication with basic math and computer skills.
• Experience in cleaning and restoration preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• IICRC certification(s) a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to operate power tools.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in confined spaces, and lift objects up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Must successfully complete a background/driving record check, and drug screening.
• Some overtime/after-hours work required
