THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS ROLE
Step into the role of HVAC Dispatcher - Customer Service Associate at GMG HVAC Inc., where each day unfolds with exciting responsibilities. From handling customer inquiries and coordinating service appointments to dispatching skilled technicians and managing light bookkeeping tasks, you'll be at the heart of our operations. Your attention to detail ensures that quotes, parts orders, and follow-up visits are seamlessly managed. Here's what we need from you:
- Some booking experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong geographical knowledge of the service area
- Comfortability with working on a computer and taking and making calls
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable
Having customer service, dispatching, and home service experience is a plus
WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule at our office between 8 AM and 4:30 PM, with some weekends and nights when needed.
