Description of the roleAs an In Home Caregiver for the Custer Area, you will be responsible for providing essential services and support to individuals within their own homes. This role requires patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills to ensure the well-being and comfort of our clients. This Role will be for 2-3 caregivers. Must be able to work 10-12 hrs overnight shifts in the Custer Area.
Responsibilities- Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful activities with clients.
- Medication Reminders
- Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in client's condition to the appropriate supervisor.
- Transporting clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior Caregiving experience preferred, but not required. Training provided.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including Overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Competitive compensation: $18 - $21 per hour DOE.

Services that we offer to our clients:
Assistance hygiene/toilet needs, supervising or assisting with bathing.
Cooking and service meals- monitoring and motivating regular diet plans including assistance with eating/feeding.
Routine housework, Running errands, transporting clients to social activities and appointments, shopping with and/or for clients.
Pay Rate is between $18-$21/hour DOE
