Job DescriptionJob Description

Have you seen Exceptional's new micro-hospital in Ardmore?  We are seeking extraordinary RNs for a full-time, night shift position in our 7-bed inpatient unit. 

What’s the job:

  • Create, follow, and update treatment plans for patients.
  • Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure and heart rate.
  • Provide nursing advice and emotional support.
  • Be an effective team member or team leader
  • Patient and Family Education
  • Collaborate with physicians, family and patients to provide optimal care
  • Train new nurses.

What do we require:
  • At least 2 years of inpatient, PCU, tele, or similar hospital experience
  • Ability to think and act critically
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
  • Compassion for all patients and family members
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • RN license in good standing 
  • ACLS certification required
  • Must be able to manage the usual physical requirements of being a floor nurse (stand for long periods; lift up to 50 pounds)
