General Description: 

Nat-Su Healthcare is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist. This position will be located at our Medical Clinic in Tooele Utah. The ideal candidate will be assisting clients with scheduling appointments, reaching out to remind clients of scheduled appointments and helping those who walk in looking for services. We are looking for an energetic, friendly, reliable individual with great organizational skills to join our team.

Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:

• This position will be supporting our patients/clients.

• The incumbent will answer inquiry calls from patients/clients.

• Assist walk ins as needed.

• Make follow-up and appointment reminder calls to patients/clients.

• Help coordinator with documentation and filling in forms.

• Other assignments and duties as necessary.

• Calendaring and scheduling will be a strong part of this position.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

• Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)

• Basic Computer skills.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Reliable work history.

• Good phone etiquette and presentation.

• Ability to take instructions and follow through.

• Have reliable transportation to and from work.

• Native American preference.
