DESCRIPCIÓN DEL TRABAJO – Limpiador general

  • Responsable de la supervisión general, la limpieza y el almacenamiento de suministros en todas las áreas públicas dentro y fuera del edificio asignado, incluidos los baños. Responder a las necesidades de gestión empresarial de manera oportuna y eficaz. Es posible que deba limpiar cualquier área segura que no se pueda limpiar por la noche.
  • Responda a las solicitudes de compilación según las instrucciones.
  • Limpiar, abastecer y abastecer las áreas designadas de las instalaciones (quitar el polvo, barrer, aspirar, trapear, limpiar las rejillas de ventilación del techo, limpiar los baños, etc.)
  • Desinfecte los artículos de uso común, como escritorios, manijas de puertas y teléfonos.
  • Llevar a cabo tareas de limpieza pesadas y proyectos especiales.
  • Vaciar los recipientes de basura, reemplazar los revestimientos, desechar la basura en contenedores y bolsas para su eliminación adecuada.
  • Uso de equipos, aspiradoras comerciales, amortiguadores de piso y limpiadores de alfombras
  • Notificar a la gerencia de las deficiencias que ocurran o de las necesidades de reparaciones.
  • Abastecer y mantener las salas de suministros.
  • Establece y mantiene una comunicación efectiva y relaciones de trabajo con clientes, compañeros de trabajo, coordinadores de turno, supervisores, gerentes, etc.
  • Siga todas las normas de salud y seguridad.
  • Realiza tareas diversas relacionadas con el trabajo según se le asigne.
  • Supervise la limpieza de todas las áreas del vestíbulo y de la plaza.
  • Supervise y mantenga las escaleras mecánicas y las cabinas de los ascensores, incluidos los pisos, según sea necesario. Si están alfombrados, los pisos de los ascensores, las cabinas deben aspirarse y las manchas deben eliminarse, según sea necesario.
  • Limpie las huellas dactilares/marcas de las puertas/espejos de vidrio.
  • Realice el desempolvado/aspirado de alto/bajo detalle.
  • Exposición a polvo, gases, humos, temperaturas y/o humedad extremas.
  • Cumple con todos los estándares y procedimientos de seguridad, cumplimiento y calidad establecidos por la Compañía, los Clientes y las autoridades reguladoras.
  • Funcionar como contacto para el cliente, utilizando un alto nivel de profesionalismo y habilidades de comunicación.
  • Trabajar con poca o ninguna supervisión y ser capaz de determinar de forma independiente las tareas a completar a diario.
  • Debe ser capaz de realizar todos los aspectos físicos de las tareas laborales anteriores. Caminar y estar de pie continuamente.
  • Debe ser capaz de hablar y comunicarse de manera efectiva con la gerencia y los clientes.
