Serves meals and beverages to patrons in dining establishment by performing the following duties:

As a Banquet Server, you will:

• Execute daily event operations as assigned during on and offsite banquet functions
• Communicate to colleagues and staff to ensure events are set and ready as per BEO’s
• Comply with departmental standards regarding operations such as; service, cash handling, and safety

• Make decisions based on your own judgment and company policy.
• Follow instructions without close supervision.
• Occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be at least 18 and have a valid FL State Driver’s License to drive company golf carts.
