Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and reliable Laborer to join our team As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks around the production floor, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently.

This position is part-time - can either be for first or second shift 
Key ResponsibilitiesDuties and Responsibilities: 
  • Work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity; decreasing downtime and waste.
  • Assume active role in overall plant and facilities-related work. Position requires assisting all jobs on the plant floor.
  • Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.
  • Maintain shop and shop equipment per 5S Standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills & KnowledgeRequirements:
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical tasks.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize duties and responsibilities.
  • Ability to follow established policies and procedures with a safety-first attitude. 
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable; able to work independently within team focused environment.
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques is a plus.
  • Willingness to work hours outside of the standard schedule as needed, with appropriate notice when possible.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 software; SAP experience preferred
Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
