Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical, psychological, and social needs to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy to improve patients' ability to perform daily activities and achieve independence.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
