As a Graphic Designer for Keller Associates you will have the opportunity to apply art, design, and copy layout skills to create visually engaging concepts such as logos, promotional and branding materials, communication media, and other print and digital materials while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Design proposal layouts that adhere to brand standards
  • Design graphics such as figures, organizational charts, schedules, and illustrations
  • Edit videos for the company website and for social media posts
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing/Proposal Group to deliver quality marketing and promotional materials that reinforce the Keller Associates’ brand
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong layout and design abilities
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in InDesign required
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Possess a strategic mindset
  • Ability to self-start and work independently if needed
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Prezi and other communication-related software programs


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, marketing, communications, or relevant degree
  • Four or more years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of the civil engineering industry is a plus
