Your Key Responsibilities

Support a fast-paced accounting team in a high-growth company by:

  • Monthly billing
  • Recording payments
  • Recording and reconciling credit cards
  • Assisting with fixed asset management
  • Recording invoices, deposits, and credit card charges
  • Preparing financial data as requested from senior staff
  • Invoicing and collections
  • Job costing/purchase receipts
  • Accounts payable entry and payments
  • Calculating sales and use tax
  • Assisting with fixed asset management
  • Monitoring and performing maintenance of field service management software
  • Performing all duties and assisting all departments as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Success in this position requires a self-motivated, energetic team player, who excels in a fast-paced environment. It will also require that you possess the following skills:

  • BS in Accounting
  • 3+ years accounting experience
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • STRONG Microsoft Excel and quantitative skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and true problem-solver
  • Team player, willingness to offer help whenever possible
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with evolving deadlines
  • Eager to learn and embrace technology
  • Good verbal, writing, and proof-reading skills
